Rozhovor s Milanem Bártou
Autor několika knih (Rafťáci...), nezávislý novinář (i-noviny, i-lipa,...), dlouholetý učitel na gymnáziu v České Lípě, který si libuje nejen ve svých profesích, ale i v mnoha jiných oblastech. Mezi jeho další záliby můžeme zařadit objevování nejen nových věcí, ale i těch starších, viz seriál Underground. Hodně cestuje, nejen doma ale i ve světě. Rád si zajezdí na kole. Patří mezi průkopníky geocachingu v našem kraji a má na kontě i mnoho jiných aktivit.
Každý má v mládí nějaký vzor, sny… Jaké byly tvoje sny?
Chtěl jsi být vždy učitelem?
Nevzpomínám si, že bych měl nějaký konkrétní vzor. Učitelství asi není tím pravým povoláním, po kterém malé děti touží, obzvlášť když na ně ve škole první roky číhají jen samé učitelky. Pokud si dobře vzpomínám, dlouho jsem chtěl být kuchařem na zaoceánské lodi. Vaření mě baví doteď, ale chtěl jsem hlavně cestovat a na nějakého strojníka jsem nebyl dostatečně fyzicky zdatný :o). Učitelem jsem chtěl být asi tak od šesté třídy, nedostal jsem se tedy k učení z nouze. Bavilo mě učit se se sestrou, hrát si na učitele se sestřenkami a bratranci. Od šestnácti let jsem vedl myslivecký kroužek.
Jak jsi spokojený se svým životem? Čím ses překvapil?
Nezklamal ses něčím?
Myslím si, že jsem dítě štěstěny. Spousta věcí, po kterých jsem toužil, se mi splnila. Asi by mi, jako každému, bodlo více peněz, protože rád cestuji. Co se týče zklamání, tak jsem v určitém směru asi trochu sobec a občas jsem zklamal své nejbližší, ale rozvádět se mi to nechce.
Čím se dají podle tvého názoru zaujmout děti třetího tisíciletí?
Nadšením svého učitele. Stále reagují spontánně. Když se rozjedu, dají se strhnout. Také je dokážu otrávit, když zrovna nejsem ve formě. Nepřipadá mi, že by se něco extra měnilo.
Co bys změnil na českém školství?
Odměny. Nemyslím konkrétně na svou výplatu. Ale s více penězi by se do školství vrátilo pár lidí, kteří z něj utekli. Také by se někteří nestávali učiteli jen z nedostatku jiných příležitostí. Pokud je to narážka na neustálé reformy, tak ty se dějí všude. Kvalita ve školství se špatně posuzuje, tak ji každou chvíli chce nějaký úředník zvýšit.
Co si myslíš o odchodu pěti učitelů z gymnázia?
Zřejmě si myslí, že jdou za lepším. Asi by ses musela zeptat jich, proč odešli. Nepřísluší mi to řešit, já zůstávám. Jsem v rámci možností spokojený.
Jsi především učitel, ale také náruživý psavec. Na kontě máš pěknou řádku učebnic a knih. Co tě přivedlo k psaní?
Touha. Psal jsem odmalička. Od jedenácti let si píši deník, pro kamarády a sestru jsem psal romány, ve kterých jsme vystupovali. Už vím, že nemám moc nadání, ale prostě jsem se těmi léty vypsal.
Velmi populární jsou knihy, které jsi psal s Barborou Koudelkovou. Jak jste se potkali a jaký je její osud teď?
Dostal jsem na ni tip od nakladatele Rafťáků, dohodli jsme se na spolupráci a pak už šlo všechno tak trochu samo. První díl měl úspěch, prodalo se ho zatím asi 14 tisíc výtisků, logicky přišel díl druhý. Není to žádná velká literatura, ale jsou to peníze do rodinného rozpočtu. Navíc mě to opravdu neskutečně baví. Barbora pokračuje dál ve svém divokém životě. Její nový partner je momentálně ve vězení a ona vychovává tři až pět dětí, podle situace. Její život vydá určitě i na třetí pokračování :o).
Věnuješ se i novinařině, jsi teď hlavní postavou i-novin. Čekají nás v i-novinách nějaké změny?
Momentálně nevím, jaké má majitel i-novin další plány, jsem trochu v nejistotě. Snažím se je udržet v chodu, než se vše vyjasní. Je možné, že skončím, anebo naopak dostanu nový
impulz. Nebojím se ani jednoho.
Jak vznikla myšlenka udělat seriál Českolipský underground?
Nápad je Rudy Živce, aspoň ten mi ho přednesl. Měl asi jinou představu, ale on underground, jak si ho představoval, v Lípě prostě neexistoval.
Je to vlastně underground? Není to jen soubor českolipských kapel?
Není to underground, více by se asi hodil pojem bigbít, ale už to tak asi necháme. Neřekl bych soubor kapel. Nejdu po kapelách, ale po jednotlivých lidech. Nezajímá mě jen hudba, spíše osudy. Skvělé je, že jednotliví muzikanti jsou vlastně v Lípě a okolí doma po několik generací. Většina mých zdejších přátel jsou náplavy jako já. Je zajímavé poslouchat, jak to zde žilo před započetím těžby uranu.
Nemáš v plánu jiný seriál?
Láká mě udělat něco o tom, jak se žije cizincům v České Lípě. Jsou mezi námi Mongolové, Vietnamci, Američané, Portugalci, Cikáni, Slováci, Maďaři, Ukrajinci. Chtěl bych vědět více o jejich domovině i o jejich pocitech ze života v Lípě. Uvidíme…
Udělal jsi spoustu rozhovorů, která osobnost tě nejvíce zaujala?
Zaujali mě určitě všichni. Asi nejvíce jsem nadšený právě z muzikantů. Příjemný pocit jsem měl z lyžaře Tomáše Krause, do zákulisí sněmovny mě několikrát uvedl Juraj Raninec, mým idolem je páter Angelus Waldstein. Dokáže mě opravdu nadchnout i bezdomovec. Fakt nedokážu někoho konkrétního vyzdvihnout nad ostatní.
Nezabýváš se jen lehkými tématy. Jak se vyvíjí kauza odsunu Němců? Stáváš se kvůli ní terčem nadávek a výhrůžek, jak se s nimi vyrovnáváš?
Vyhnání Němců ale nebylo a není mé téma. Nabídl jsem jen prostor panu Tichému a posléze panu Doškářovi. Ti dva se nesnášejí, ale zatímco pan Tichý se ke mně chová korektně, pan Doškář proti mně rozpoutal kampaň. Je jasné, s kým teď lidsky sympatizuji. Rozlaďuje mě to, ale moc to neřeším. Anonymy prostě mažu. Už teď se těším na podzimní konferenci, že se o celé problematice dozvím více. Ale dějepis není chemie. Není to exaktní věda, pravda v ní prostě neexistuje. Můžeme se jen více dozvědět a na základě informací si udělat svůj názor.
Nejsi místní rodák, co tě zaválo do zdejšího kraje?
Láska, jak to bývá. Ke kraji i budoucí manželce :o). Na začátku devadesátých let jsme měli větší šanci bydlet tady než v mém rodném Polabí. Nikdy jsem toho nelitoval. Miluju Českolipsko. Je jen jedno město, kde se mi ještě tak líbí, a to jsou nedaleké Litoměřice.
Hodně cestuješ. Zažil jsi na svých toulkách nějaké pravé dobrodružství?
Mám bujnou fantazii, udělám si dobrodružství i z cesty stopem do Mladé Boleslavi. Třeba jsem si stopnul chlápka v kradeném autě. Když nás zastavila hlídka, neměl ani občanku, natož řidičák. Velkým dobrodružstvím byl třeba přechod Fagaraše, který jsme před lety uskutečnili s manželkou. Když počtvrté udeří blesk do místa, kterým potřebujete projít, přemýšlíte pak o dalším životě jinak. A to jsem letos ukázal Fagaraš i svým 45 studentům.
Bereš s sebou i syny?
Když to finance dovolí, tak ano. Nedávno jsme počítali, že ve věku, kdy já byl jednou ve východním Německu na táboře, oni už navštívili více než 20 států.
Kam se chystáš letos?
Nevím, kdy ten článek vyjde, ale za pár dnů se po týdnu
v Čechách vracím na Balkán. Těším se do Kosova, Albánie
a Makedonie.
