Nová stálá expozice - Na statku od Tří králů do Vánoc
Muzeum Českého ráje v Turnově vás zve na nově otevřenou, stálou expozici na Dlaskově statku v Turnově.
Expozice naváže na výstavu V babiččině kuchyni, kterou muzeum připravilo v závěru roku 2009.
Návštěvníkům Dlaskova statku přiblíží hlavní zdroje potravin pro přípravu jídel - suroviny získané rostlinnou zemědělskou produkcí - obiloviny, luštěniny, zelenina, maso skotu, prasat, drůbeže, mléčné výrobky, vejce a med.
Dále potraviny získané lovem (lesní a polní zvěř, ryby) a sběrem
(borůvky, maliny, trnky, lesní jahody, houby, ale i kořínky, šťávy
ze stromů). Ale také pokrmy, které se v Pojizeří nejčastěji vařily.
Nejrůznější druhy polévek, omáček, bezmasých pokrmů z brambor,
obilovin a luštěnin, sváteční pokrmy z masa a zeleniny a také pečivo,
které neodmyslitelně patřilo na všední i sváteční stůl. Návštěvníci
se seznámí nejen se stravou všedních dnů, ale také s tím, co
se připravovalo o svátcích – při otevření nové expozice shlédnou
prostřený velikonoční stůl a seznámí se s recepturami na pokrmy, které
hospodyně ve vesnicích v povodí Jizery o Velikonocích připravovaly.
